About the Role
Al Zaeem Real Estate is seeking experienced Senior Property Consultants for a new branch in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing high-value client relationships, leading transactions from enquiry to closing, and mentoring junior consultants.

- Manage qualified leads from enquiry to closing
- Conduct property presentations, viewings, and follow up calls
- Identify client requirements and match them to suitable inventory
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and offers between buyers & sellers / landlords & tenants
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales progress reports
- Mentor junior consultants
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven real estate sales experience (UAE market preferred)
- Strong track record of closing deals and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Self driven, KPI oriented, and commercially sharp
- Abu Dhabi Broker License (BLN) is a plus — or willingness to obtain

- We are opening a new branch in Abu Dhabi and are looking for experienced Senior Property Consultants ready to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of proven real estate sales experience (UAE market preferred)
- Strong track record of closing deals and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Self driven, KPI oriented, and commercially sharp
- Abu Dhabi Broker License (BLN) is a plus — or willingness to obtain
- Open to Male & Female candidates
