- Identify client requirements and match them to suitable inventory
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and offers between buyers & sellers / landlords & tenants
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales progress reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in real estate
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building abilities
- Highly self driven, target oriented, and comfortable working with KPIs
- Mandatory Abu Dhabi Broker License Number (BLN) or willingness to obtain it

Job Overview
- As a Property Consultant, you will be a key revenue driver for our business—advising clients, converting qualified leads, and closing property transactions. You’ll leverage your sales expertise, ideally in real estate or luxury retail, to actively expand our client base and property portfolio.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in real estate
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building abilities
- Highly self driven, target oriented, and comfortable working with KPIs
- Open Positions: Male & Female
- Mandatory Abu Dhabi Broker License Number (BLN) or willingness to obtain it
