Al Zaeem Real Estate is looking for a skilled, proactive, and solution-oriented IT Specialist to support and enhance our technical operations.
If you have strong experience in networking, Bitrix24 CRM, and IT support, and you’re ready to grow within a dynamic company — we want to hear from you.
⚡ Immediate joiners will be given top priority
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain secure and stable network infrastructure across all branches
- Administer and optimize Bitrix24 CRM (users, automation, workflows, integrations)
- Provide day-to-day technical support (hardware, software, connectivity)
- Ensure data security, backups, and system integrity
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services
- Monitor and maintain servers, routers, printers, and company emails/domains
- Support internal systems, marketing platforms, and digital tools
- Track system performance and suggest improvements
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support & networking
- Strong hands-on experience with Bitrix24 CRM
- Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and VPN
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and cloud tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
