About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage projects and resources according to project requirements and act as primary point of contact for clients on small & medium size projects.
- Accountable for deliverables throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects within an end market sector.
- Brief the team on project scopes to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.
- Manage resources across large or several smaller projects within established budgets.
- Accountable for production and delivery of deliverables across all Funder Advisory services.
- Manage quality control and ensure all procedures are complied with.
- Assist in benchmarking, data collection, internal reporting.
- Supervise and mentor more junior staff, assisting with graduate development programme.
- Monitor and manage performance of direct reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Engineering or other Construction related field
- Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS)
- 8 10 years post graduate experience
- 4 5 years in the Middle East
- Experience in pre and post contract cost consultancy for mid/large scale luxury residential, commercial, hospitality projects

- Support the client across the portfolio of projects.
- Manage a team of professionals delivering pre & post contract cost management and consultancy.
