Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects for external clients.
- Coordinate project teams across disciplines, clear roadblocks, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Manage client communications, scope changes, project risks, budget forecasts, and margin protection.
Project Support and Coaching
- Conduct root cause analysis with discipline leads on persistent negative project variances.
- Intervene on higher-risk projects to mitigate losses, manage scope changes, and maintain appropriate reserves.
- Coach and mentor project managers to improve delivery capability and manage increasingly complex work.
Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in engineering, environmental science, planning, business administration, or a related field is required.
- A PMP designation is a strong asset.
- Candidates need professional services acumen, strong communication, and proven problem-solving ability.
Experience
- At least 10 years of project management experience in engineering, environmental, or planning consulting is required.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex or high-risk projects is required.
- Experience with project turnaround, ERP systems, project performance dashboards, and continuous improvement is relevant.
Compensation
- The stated salary range is $115,000 to $150,000.
- Compensation depends on education, experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic region.
