Project Management
- Manage complex multidisciplinary projects for external clients from proposals through completion.
- Align multidisciplinary workflows, clear roadblocks and maintain project momentum.
- Manage client communications, scope changes, project updates and high-trust partnerships.
- Monitor project risks, budget forecasts, margins and mitigation strategies.
