- Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and contractual obligations
- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and delivery teams
- Foster a collaborative and client centric culture within the delivery organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 10 15 years of experience in project delivery, client relationship management, or related roles
- Proven track record of delivering projects and services to clients in Saudi Arabia
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, culture, and business practices in KSA
- Exceptional client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferred
