- Coordinate cross functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications
- Serve as primary point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strategic relationships
- Lead client presentations, status meetings, and executive briefings
- Identify opportunities for additional services and account growth
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Supervise and mentor Project Managers, Associate Project Managers, and Coordinators
- Conduct performance reviews, set development goals, and provide coaching
- Contribute to departmental strategic planning and business development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate facilities, or construction
- Minimum 3 years managing teams and developing staff
- Proven track record delivering complex projects
- Experience with diverse project types including workplace, mission critical, industrial, or retail
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and delivery methods
- Financial acumen including budget development, cost control, and forecasting
- Knowledge of building systems, codes, and sustainability practices
