Position Overview

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate facilities, or construction
  • Minimum 3 years managing teams and developing staff
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects
  • Experience with diverse project types including workplace, mission critical, industrial, or retail
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and delivery methods
  • Financial acumen including budget development, cost control, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of building systems, codes, and sustainability practices
