Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage high-profile projects within scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction expectations.
• Develop project plans, monitor slippages and deviations, and report to stakeholders.
• Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive change management and maintain project communication channels.
• Schedule and lead customer, steering committee, and escalation meetings.
• Monitor and support other project manager projects and report to the Head of PMO.
• Enhance project governance policies and processes for corporate investment projects.
• Orient, train, and shadow new project managers.
• Support project deliverable development and peer reviews.
• Monitor procedural compliance and address project escalations.

Qualifications And Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related degree, or comparable experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar formal project management certification is required.
• ITIL accreditation or relevant experience is required.
• Expert Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of information security technologies, concepts, and standards.
• Solid cybersecurity background and understanding of ISMS, BCMS, and QMS.
• Very good communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, collaboration, and active-listening skills.
