Role Overview
Support the deployment and management of contractual resources assigned to customers' IT security functions.
Manage the end-to-end resourcing lifecycle from requirement gathering and recruitment through onboarding, administration, and offboarding or reintegration.
Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing, onboarding, leave management, timesheets, and offboarding for resident resources.
- Advertise vacancies and coordinate recruitment agencies, CV screening, interviews, and customer selection.
- Support security clearances, documentation, visa processing, relocation, travel, accommodation, orientation, IT assets, and customer-site deployment.
- Process customer onboarding requirements, including security clearances and SAP Ariba and Fieldglass applications.
- Maintain employee records and administer contracts, Statements of Work, Change Requests, and timesheets.
- Provide day-to-day operational coordination and support for resident resources.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or relevant industry experience.
- Significant experience in stakeholder and communication management.
- Knowledge of the PMI Project Management Framework is advantageous.
