Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the fit out phase of high rise projects from planning through to handover
- Oversee fit out execution to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Manage project scope, programme, cost, and risk while ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives
- Coordinate and lead the project team, including contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and support staff
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, financial control, and reporting
- Ensure fit out works are properly coordinated with all disciplines and completed in line with project delivery processes
- Review and manage contractor performance, shop drawings, material approvals, mock ups, and installation quality
- Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and close out activities related to fit out packages
- Support resolution of site issues, commercial matters, claims, and interface challenges during the fit out stage
- Ensure robust project plans, look aheads, and forecasts are prepared and regularly updated

Job Description
- We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager Fit Out to lead the fit out delivery of high rise projects in Qatar.
- The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a Senior Project Manager role, with a strong track record in managing fit out delivery, testing and commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close out on high rise PMC projects.
