The Senior Project Manager will manage high-end luxury residential villa and mansion construction projects.
The role covers project execution from design and supervision through final build, with emphasis on architectural and interior design works.
Project Execution and Supervision
- Lead end-to-end execution of luxury residential villa and mansion projects.
- Oversee site supervision and inspection of architectural and interior fit-out works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor construction progress and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordination and Technical Review
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and mock-ups.
- Manage coordination with multiple stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Quality and Risk Management
- Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections.
- Identify risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Maintain premium quality standards for high-end residential construction.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is mandatory.
- At least 20 years of overall construction and project management experience.
- Proven site supervision and inspection experience for architectural and interior design works.
- Extensive experience managing luxury residential villa and mansion construction projects.
- Strong background in high-end finishes and premium quality standards.

- Strong expertise in architectural detailing and high-end interior finishes.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury villa and mansion construction standards.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
