Role Overview
Support quality assurance and quality control activities on high-rise tower construction projects.
Work within the Supervision team from foundation through handover.
Monitor contractor compliance with project specifications, UAE codes, and international standards.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the Project Quality Management Plan at site level in line with ISO 9001 and consultant requirements.
- Review contractor Inspection Test Plans, method statements, and material submittals for compliance.
- Conduct daily inspections across substructure, superstructure, façade, MEP, and finishing works.
- Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports through closure.
- Witness material testing and maintain quality records, inspection registers, and test certificates.
- Perform concrete pour checks, rebar inspections, and structural quality checkpoints.
- Coordinate third-party testing laboratories and support snagging, de-snagging, and Defects Liability Period processes.
- Ensure compliance with Trakhees, DM, DCD, and other applicable UAE requirements.
- Report quality status and issues to the QA/QC Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 5–8 years of QA/QC experience.
- Experience in a consultancy or supervision firm rather than solely contractor-side work.
- Experience on high-rise tower construction projects in the UAE is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards and UAE construction codes.
- Familiarity with Aconex, ACC, or similar quality documentation systems.
