Role overview

Project delivery responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects and develop comprehensive project execution plans.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Establish budgets and monitor project progress, costs, quality, resources, schedules, and KPIs.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes, variations, claims, and corrective actions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Review project plans, schedules, reports, technical documentation, procurement, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety compliance.
• Lead progress meetings, provide management updates, resolve conflicts, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Complete project documentation, closeout, handover, post-project reviews, and lessons learned.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience, including complex or large-scale projects.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or in an equivalent leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, risk management, and contract management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Skills and preferred qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or another recognized project management certification is preferred.
• Engineering background, GCC project experience, international client experience, and relevant industry experience are preferred or advantageous.
