Project Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage project resources and ensure effective utilization of manpower and materials.
• Monitor project costs and support budget control.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or another recognized project management certification is preferred.
• Experience in industry, construction, MEP, ELV, or IT is preferred.
• Experience working in the GCC market is an advantage.

Work Location

• The work location is in person.
