- 12+ years experience in oil & gas project engineering / project management
- Strong background in offshore decommissioning projects
- Proven experience across Concept, FEED, and EPIC phases
- Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional membership (PMI, IChemE, IMechE, etc.) is advantageous
