About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of PMC Engineering group, including day to day work allocation and supervision
- Ensure PMC Engineering personnel are competent for their duties
- Provide leadership in developing and implementing engineering processes and systems
- Ensure Engineering group is resourced with correct disciplines and size
- Provide independent Project Management Consultancy services and technical advice
- Participate in design review and analysis
- Manage technical review and processing of vendor documents
- Secure Owner approval for Engineering design
- Manage interfacing between Projects and disciplines
- Conduct succession planning and competence assessments
- Carry out Technical Evaluation of Bids
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Minimum 5 years experience in GCC region (preferred)
- At least 3 years in similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
- Experience within FEED & EPC
- Experience in PMC roles
- Previous experience working in offshore projects
- ADNOC Project experience required

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all management aspects of the PMC Engineering group and oversight of Contractor during Engineering and Procurement phases.
- To ensure PMC Engineering personnel are competent to perform their duties.
- To provide leadership in development and implementation of engineering processes.
- To ensure Engineering group is resourced with correct disciplines and size.
- To provide independent Project Management Consultancy services and technical opinion.
- Participating in design review and analysis.
- Ensuring orderly technical review and processing of vendor documents.
- Securing approval from Owner for Engineering design.
- Manage day to day interfacing between Projects and disciplines.
- Participate in key customer reviews and meetings.
- Conduct succession planning and competence assessments.
- Carryout Technical Evaluation of Bids.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Minimum 5 years (preferred) in GCC region.
- At least 3 years in similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- Experience within FEED & EPC experience required.
- Experience in PMC roles.
- Previous experience working in offshore projects.
- ADNOC Project experience is required.
