Role Overview
- Exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Accountant from the construction industry.
- My client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Accountant – Construction Finance to take ownership of project cost management, payment governance and financial controls across a growing portfolio of construction projects locally and internationally.
- Coming from a building construction background, the successful candidate will be the custodian of project financial performance, overseeing budgets, protecting capital and ensuring strong financial control across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project budgets, variations, forecasting and cost reporting to ensure projects remain financially controlled and on budget.
- Own construction AP and payments, ensuring strong controls, compliance and payment accuracy.
- Establish and enforce robust financial controls and governance processes, ensuring consistent adoption across all projects.

Key Experience

Compensation & Location
- Based full time in Abu Dhabi, you must currently live in or be prepared to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
- The salary is AED 22,000–25,000 per month depending on experience, plus package.
