About the Role
Inspire Selection is seeking a Fit-Out Inspector for a facilities management company in Dubai. The role involves conducting technical site inspections for residential and commercial fit-outs, ensuring compliance with DMCC, DCD, DM regulations, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Conduct technical site inspections in accordance with DMCC, DCD, DM, and other relevant authority regulations
- Review approved drawings and ensure on site works comply with architectural, MEP, structural, and fire & life safety requirements
- Coordinate with Fit Out Coordinators, Building Management, and contractors to ensure smooth progress and timely issue resolution
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos, observations, and compliance findings
- Perform random spot checks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Environmental, Architecture preferred)
- Minimum 3 5 years of retail/industrial work experience, preferably in operations, maintenance or safety related role
- Experience conducting technical site inspections in accordance with DMCC, DCD, DM regulations
- Prior experience as a Fit Out Inspector within a developer or master developer environment
- Full awareness of retail and F&B fit out requirements
- UAE Driving License
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing safety certificate is highly desirable
