- Minimum 5 years of experience in program controls, finance, pricing, contracts, or government contracting support
- Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contract cost principles
- Experience supporting cost reimbursable, fixed price, or labor based service contracts
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including forecasting and financial modeling
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to brief senior leadership and work cross functionally
- U.S. Passport required
- Clean criminal record for Saudi Work Visa
- Pass drug test and comply with random drug and alcohol testing

- We are seeking a highly capable Senior Program Controls Analyst to support expanding aviation, defense, and international services programs throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This position serves as a key member of the S3 Arabia Program Management Office (PMO), partnering with executive leadership, program managers, finance, contracts, and operations teams to manage budgets, billing accuracy, labor cost performance, forecasting, contract compliance, and executive reporti
- This is a high visibility overseas role supporting mission critical operations and continued program growth across the Kingdom.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (may be waived with significant relevant experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program controls, finance, pricing, contracts, or government contracting support.
- Strong working knowledge of FAR / DFARS and government contract cost principles.
- Experience supporting cost reimbursable, fixed price, or labor based service contracts.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including forecasting and financial modeling.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems.

- Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
- Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
