Supervise sales operations for a medical supplies and equipment business.
The role covers sales growth, customer retention, field sales support, reporting, collections, and commercial targets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the sales operations of the sales team.
- Follow up on leads and samples provided by the system team.
- Develop sales strategies and build a new customer base.
- Retain existing customers through prompt customer service.
- Oversee customer databases and support collection activities.
- Supervise field marketing and sales personnel.
- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
- Achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Perform other duties within the scope of the job.
Skills and Abilities
- Good working knowledge of computer systems.
- Ability to make improvements or take corrective action.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Selling skills.
Experience and Education
- 3–4 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical science, or pharmacy.
Languages
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
