A leading medical device company seeks a Senior Product Specialist – Reconstruction based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves market research, client outreach, product demonstrations, surgical support, and equipment training.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, analyse trends, and support new product launches and events.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients, conduct product demonstrations, and follow up to finalise agreements.
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients through ongoing support, guidance, and product recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial packages while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Respond to product related enquiries, suggest service improvements, and contribute to team targets.
- Provide surgical support by assisting clinical teams with equipment related matters during procedures.
- Deliver equipment training, conduct validation tests, and resolve any equipment related issues with clients.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and ensure thorough record keeping of all transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Reconstruction Device sales
- Work experience in Sri Lanka is a must
- Experience attending and supporting surgical procedures in a clinical environment
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid driving license

To be successful, you will need to meet the following
