- Prepare and deliver presentations on recruitment services
- Develop long term client relationships while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Achieve agreed revenue targets and business development KPIs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales and business development experience
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience within the UAE
- Currently based in Dubai
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Experience in recruitment industry preferred

Role Overview
- This is a pure business development position focused on winning new clients and generating new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a business development role.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and influencing abilities.
- Self motivated, disciplined, and results driven with a proactive approach.
- Resilient and comfortable with cold calling, networking, and developing new business.
- Able to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
- Honest, trustworthy, and professional with a reputation for acting with integrity.
- A collaborative team player who contributes to the success of the wider business.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years proven sales and business development experience.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience within the UAE.
- Currently based in Dubai.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
