Role Overview

  • This is a pure business development position focused on winning new clients and generating new business opportunities.
  • Not an account management or customer service role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new clients across the sectors we support.
  • Proactively generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, and face to face meetings.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and understand their recruitment needs.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to develop new business.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on our recruitment services.
  • Develop long term client relationships while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed revenue targets and business development KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a business development role.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and influencing abilities.
  • Self motivated, disciplined, and results driven with a proactive approach.
  • Resilient and comfortable with cold calling, networking, and developing new business.
  • Able to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and professional with a reputation for acting with integrity.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to the success of the wider business.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years proven sales and business development experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience within the UAE.
  • Currently based in Dubai.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
