- Identify and secure new clients across the sectors we support
- Proactively generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, and face to face meetings
- Build relationships with key decision makers and understand their recruitment needs
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to develop new business
- Prepare and deliver presentations on our recruitment services
- Develop long term client relationships while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Achieve agreed revenue targets and business development KPIs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a business development role
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and influencing abilities
- Self motivated, disciplined, and results driven with a proactive approach
- Resilient and comfortable with cold calling, networking, and developing new business
- Able to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
- Must have a minimum of 5 years proven sales and business development experience
- Must have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience within the UAE
- Currently based in Dubai
- Experience within the recruitment industry is preferred

Role Overview
