- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, CRM and in store promotions
- Manage campaign timelines, creative approvals and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement local marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse sales and marketing data, and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and business objectives
- Coordinate with agencies and external partners to deliver high quality marketing campaigns
- Support multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years' marketing experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE market
- Experience within the F&B, Restaurant, QSR, Casual Dining, Retail or FMCG industry is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- Available for face to face interviews in Dubai

- Kinetic is working with a leading Hospitality company who are hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager to be based in Dubai.

To be successful you will need to meet the following
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years' marketing experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE market.
- Experience within the F&B, Restaurant, QSR, Casual Dining, Retail or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills; manage multiple campaigns across different brands simultaneously.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle is required.
- Preference given to candidates who can start immediately or within 30 days.
- Arabic would be advantageous.
