About the Role
XNRGY Climate Systems is seeking a Senior Product Program Manager for CAHU to lead execution of strategic programs for key customers. The role manages multiple complex programs from feasibility to shipment, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of multiple complex programs from pre launch validation to shipment readiness
- Deliver program performance according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and cost objectives
- Validate execution feasibility prior to project launch including timeline realism and manufacturing readiness
- Lead DFM/DFA reviews and drive early industrialization decisions
- Ensure all elements are ready before production launch including BOM, material availability, and manufacturing instructions
- Act as key partner to site leadership from start of production, resolving supply chain and engineering challenges
- Ensure product and documentation are complete prior to shipment and provide seamless handover to service teams
- Retain responsibility for product related issues after shipment, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions
- Establish and lead program governance at all levels including daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
- Contribute to deployment and continuous improvement of the Product Program Management model
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in program or project management in manufacturing, HVAC, industrial systems, or equivalent sectors
- Proven track record managing complex programs involving multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong knowledge of product development, engineering, industrialization, supply chain, and procurement
- Experience in high growth and transformational environments

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
