About the Role
XNRGY Climate Systems is seeking a Product Program Manager to lead execution of strategic programs for custom air handling systems. You will manage complex programs from feasibility to shipment, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple complex programs from pre launch validation to shipment readiness
- Deliver program performance according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and cost objectives
- Validate execution feasibility prior to project launch, including timeline realism and manufacturing readiness
- Lead DFM/DFA reviews and drive early industrialization decisions
- Ensure all elements are ready before production launch: BOM, material availability, procurement plan, manufacturing instructions
- Act as key partner to site leadership, resolving supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing constraints
- Ensure product and documentation are complete prior to shipment and provide seamless handover to service teams
- Retain responsibility for product related issues after shipment, ensuring documentation and corrective actions
- Establish and lead program governance at all levels: daily, weekly, monthly
- Contribute to deployment and continuous improvement of the Product Program Management model
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in program or project management in manufacturing, HVAC, industrial systems, or equivalent sectors
- Proven track record managing complex programs involving multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong knowledge of product development, engineering, industrialization, supply chain, and procurement
- Experience in high growth and transformational environments
- Execution leadership: ability to deliver results through rigorous management and accountability
- Cross functional influence: ability to mobilize teams without direct hierarchical authority
- Judgment and decision making: skill in balancing risks, costs, and timelines
- Change management and systems thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Opportunity
- The Product Program Manager will play a critical role in strengthening execution of strategic programs for key customers.
- This is a high impact leadership position responsible for managing multiple complex programs simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
