The Opportunity

  • The Product Program Manager will play a critical role in strengthening the execution of strategic programs for our key customers.
  • This is a high impact leadership position responsible for simultaneously managing multiple complex programs and multiple projects related to the same customer.
  • This role sits at the heart of organizational execution and accountability, ensuring alignment across all functions to deliver performance in a fast growing and constantly evolving environment.

Position Overview

  • The Product Program Manager is responsible for the complete execution of assigned programs, from feasibility validation through to shipment readiness.
  • As the conductor of execution, this role turns customer commitments into actionable plans and ensures their smooth implementation across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple complex programs, from pre launch validation (G1 G2) through to shipment readiness (G6).
  • Deliver program performance according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and cost objectives.
  • Validate execution feasibility prior to project launch, including timeline realism, engineering maturity assumptions, and manufacturing readiness risks.
  • Lead DFM/DFA reviews and challenge the level of engineering readiness.
  • Ensure all elements are ready before production launch: complete BOM, material availability, procurement plan, manufacturing instructions, resource and capacity planning, QHSE controls, and process preparation.
  • Oversee factory acceptance testing (FAT), quality inspections, and documentation compliance.
  • Act as a key partner to site leadership from the start of production, resolving supply chain challenges, engineering changes, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Ensure product and all documentation are complete, accurate, and ready prior to shipment, and provide a seamless handover to service teams.
  • Retain responsibility for product related issues after shipment, ensuring proper documentation, escalation, and corrective actions.
  • Establish and lead program governance at all levels: daily execution meetings, weekly cross functional coordination, and monthly leadership reports.
  • Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the Product Program Management model.

Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in program or project management in manufacturing, HVAC, industrial systems, or equivalent sectors.
  • Proven track record managing complex programs involving multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong knowledge of product development, engineering, industrialization, supply chain, and procurement.
  • Experience in high growth and transformational environments.
  • Execution leadership: ability to deliver results through rigorous management, strong accountability, and excellent mastery of complex programs.
  • Cross functional influence: ability to mobilize teams without direct hierarchical authority, manage conflict, and align priorities.
  • Judgment and decision making: skill in balancing risks, costs, and timelines to make informed decisions.
  • Change management and systems thinking: ability to thrive in changing environments while building sustainable processes and structures.
  • Communication and stakeholder management: excellent communicator capable of effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Role Boundaries

  • The Product Program Manager is not responsible for customer relationship management, project portfolio prioritization, product strategy or standardization, on site execution or commissioning, or margin expansion targets.
  • This position is accountable for execution performance and program readiness to ensure the organization fully meets its commitments to customers.
