About the Role

- Manage full lifecycle of multiple complex programs from pre launch validation (G1 G2) through shipment readiness (G6)
- Validate execution feasibility before project launch, including timeline realism, engineering maturity, and manufacturing risks
- Lead DFM/DFA reviews and drive early industrialization decisions
- Ensure manufacturing readiness before production launch (BOM, materials, procurement, instructions, capacity, QHSE)
- Oversee factory acceptance testing (FAT), quality inspections, and documentation compliance
- Act as key partner to site leadership, resolving supply chain, engineering change, and manufacturing constraints
- Ensure product and documentation are complete for shipment and seamless handover to service teams
- Manage post shipment product issues, ensuring documentation, escalation, and corrective actions
- Establish and lead program governance at daily, weekly, and monthly levels
- Contribute to deployment and continuous improvement of the Product Program Management model
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in program or project management in manufacturing, HVAC, industrial systems, or equivalent sectors
- Proven track record managing complex programs involving multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong knowledge of product development, engineering, industrialization, supply chain, and procurement
- Experience in high growth and transformational environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Opportunity Overview
- The Senior Product Program Manager – CAHU will play a critical role in strengthening execution of strategic programs for key customers.
- This high impact leadership position manages multiple complex programs simultaneously, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service teams.
- The role also contributes to deploying XNRGY's Product Program Management model, including governance mechanisms and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver program performance according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and cost objectives.
