About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple complex programs from pre launch validation through to shipment readiness
- Deliver program performance according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and cost objectives
- Validate execution feasibility prior to project launch, including timelines, engineering maturity, and manufacturing readiness
- Lead DFM/DFA reviews and drive early industrialization decisions
- Ensure all elements are ready before production launch, including BOM, material availability, and manufacturing instructions
- Act as key partner to site leadership, resolving supply chain challenges and engineering changes
- Ensure product and documentation are complete prior to shipment and provide seamless handover to service teams
- Retain responsibility for product related issues after shipment, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions
- Establish and lead program governance at all levels
- Contribute to deployment and continuous improvement of the Product Program Management model
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in program or project management in manufacturing, HVAC, industrial systems, or equivalent sectors
- Proven track record managing complex programs involving multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong knowledge of product development, engineering, industrialization, supply chain, and procurement
- Experience in high growth and transformational environments
- Ability to mobilize teams without direct hierarchical authority
- Skill in balancing risks, costs, and timelines to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Opportunity
- The Product Program Manager will play a critical role in strengthening the execution of strategic programs for key customers.
- This is a high impact leadership position responsible for simultaneously managing multiple complex programs.
- This role sits at the heart of organizational execution and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Execution Management: Manage full lifecycle of multiple complex programs
- Feasibility Validation (Pre G2): Validate execution feasibility prior to project launch
- Design Industrialization (Gate 3): Lead DFM/DFA reviews and drive early industrialization decisions
- Manufacturing Preparation and Execution (Gates 4 5): Ensure all elements are ready before production launch
- Production Support: Act as key partner to site leadership
- Shipment Preparation and Handover (Gate 6): Ensure product and documentation are complete
- Post Shipment Performance and Issue Management: Retain responsibility for product related issues
- Program Governance and Cross Functional Leadership: Establish and lead program governance
- Operational Model Deployment: Contribute to deployment and improvement of the Product Program Management model
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in program or project management in manufacturing, HVAC, industrial systems, or equivalent sectors
- Proven track record managing complex programs involving multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong knowledge of product development, engineering, industrialization, supply chain, and procurement
- Experience in high growth and transformational environments
