Role overview

Product delivery responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate requirements gathering with business and development stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements and produce clear documentation for stakeholders and development teams.
• Maintain product feature alignment with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Guide stakeholder expectations throughout delivery and support timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with a team of 3 to 5 colleagues and manage third-party vendor involvement as required.

Training and adoption

• Deliver structured training to help business users adopt the platform and follow best practices.
• Update training materials and enablement strategies based on user feedback and platform changes.
• Enable communication across departments to maintain shared understanding of objectives and platform capabilities.

Testing and operations

• Run user acceptance testing to verify that solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
• Work with support and operations teams to maintain reliable ongoing platform performance.

Required qualifications

• Professional IT experience of 10 to 18 years.
• Ability to align technical and business perspectives so platform capabilities match user requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management capability across business functions and technical delivery teams.
• Experience developing and delivering training and enablement programs for varied user groups and skill levels.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and facilitating communication among departments.
• Knowledge of product management, product lifecycle, product roadmap, product vision, requirements analysis, training, and enablement.
