Role Overview
D2L is a cloud company focused on modernizing education and building the Future of Work.
The Senior Product Manager will lead Creator product features from product alignment and requirements through market delivery and end of life.
The role will execute an existing roadmap and contribute to future strategic planning.
Product Management
- Conduct user empathy and discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the Creator product and feature roadmap with engineering and design.
- Translate organizational strategy, business requirements, product vision, and backlog information into roadmaps and product requirements.
- Lead the complete product lifecycle in an Agile environment from use cases through post-release and end of life.
- Maintain a data-driven backlog informed by customers, sales, service, and competitive intelligence.
Collaboration and Delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer engagement, implementation, support, architecture, PMO, and senior leadership.
- Ensure release candidates meet product requirements and that new solutions meet business and market objectives.
