Role overview
The role focuses on Foodics Capital, a POS financing product that provides Foodics customers with access to capital.
The Senior Product Manager will drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own product-scope metrics and KPIs and contribute to quarterly planning cycles.
- Lead roadmap development and execution in alignment with the overall product vision.
- Define success metrics, prioritize features, and oversee delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, design, data science, legal, marketing, and sales teams.
- Use quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities and improve the product experience.
- Communicate roadmap progress and product decisions proactively with stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience in fast-growth, agile product environments.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing customer-facing products.
- Knowledge of fintech and lending or credit, including LOS and LMS systems.
- Experience with product roadmaps, product vision, go-to-market strategy, and UX design discussions.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in ambiguous, changing environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration, storytelling, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent English is required.
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with A/B testing is a plus.
- Arabic language fluency is a plus.
