Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead discovery, strategy, and lifecycle management for large-scale digital and mobile services in Riyadh.
The role serves diverse users and requires turning broad business challenges into validated product opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, value proposition, objectives, and outcome-based roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and beneficiary needs.
- Structure ambiguous problems into discovery activities, formulate hypotheses, and lead beneficiary, stakeholder, and market research.
- Conduct local and global benchmarking and convert evidence into actionable product recommendations.
- Own the roadmap and backlog and prioritize initiatives by value, alignment, feasibility, cost, risk, compliance, and expected impact.
- Define OKRs, KPIs, and baselines and monitor adoption, completion, drop-off, satisfaction, complaints, and service performance.
- Coordinate sponsors and multidisciplinary teams across business, UX, data, engineering, operations, legal, cybersecurity, and compliance.
- Facilitate decisions, document trade-offs, and maintain clear ownership and approvals.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, product management, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of digital product management experience, including mobile or web product ownership.
- At least 3 years leading product discovery and strategy.
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
Product and Delivery Skills
- Experience with user research, interviews, journey mapping, benchmarking, concept validation, prototyping, and experimentation.
- Expertise in RICE, WSJF, MoSCoW, or similar evidence-based prioritization methods.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, and analytics or dashboard platforms.
- Understanding of Agile delivery, UX, technical feasibility, APIs, integrations, non-functional requirements, and product lifecycle.
- Government digital services, beneficiary platforms, KSA digital transformation, or regulated-environment experience is preferred.
