- Lead user facing design for innovative products (e.g., AI powered trading), exploring new approaches to improve trading retention
- Define user segmentation and conversion strategies for trading products to increase transaction frequency and depth
Requirements
- 5+ years of user facing product experience; trading platform or fintech background preferred
- Proven ability to take innovative products from 0 to 1 with hands on execution
- Platform level product thinking — able to build frameworks and standards that scale team output
- Experience with user segmentation and conversion funnel optimization; data informed decision making
- Strong cross functional communication skills; able to drive results independently in complex orgs
