- Plan and allocate office space, manage facility maintenance and environment safety
- Prepare quarterly office operations budgets and perform variance analysis
- Plan and organize office events and meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Dubai's administrative and regulatory environment

Job Summary
- Fully responsible for physical environment management and logistical support of the company's office premises.
- Core responsibilities cover office site selection, leasing, contract negotiation, renovation, daily property management, and administrative supplier management.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Leasing & Contract Management: Site selection, lease negotiation, and lifecycle management.
- Office Renovation & Project Management: End to end management of fit outs, construction oversight, and completion acceptance.
- Administrative Vendor Ecosystem Management: Develop vendor database, cost control, and day to day coordination.
- Daily Office Operations & Space Planning: Workstation planning, facility maintenance, and environment safety.
- Budget & Expense Control: Prepare quarterly budgets, reconcile invoices, and perform variance analysis.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize office events and meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
