- Own the vision and strategy for multiple AI driven Risk & Regulatory Compliance products
- Lead cross functional teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutions from prototyping to production
- Translate complex regulatory and risk requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Optimize product operations by monitoring performance metrics and iterating based on stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify high impact use cases
- Champion innovation with advanced techniques like LLM and agentic workflows
- Communicate strategic priorities to senior leadership
- Mentor and develop a high performing team
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with a track record of launching AI/ML products
- Technical foundation with ability to translate complex technology into business value
- Expertise in establishing KPIs, agile software development, and requirement gathering
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent products and serve diverse user personas
- Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex AI concepts for non technical audiences
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or transferable field
- Working experience in cyber and risk space (nice to have)
- Past experience as Product Manager in regulated environment, ideally banking (nice to have)
- Hands on experience with AI agentic workflows, data science workflows, ML Ops (nice to have)

What is the opportunity?
- Lead the end to end design, implementation, and operationalization of cutting edge AI/ML solutions for risk management, regulatory adherence, and control frameworks.
- Products address real time transaction monitoring, regulatory change management, control testing automation, and predictive risk analytics.
What will you do?
- Own the vision and strategy for multiple AI driven Risk & Regulatory Compliance products, defining roadmaps aligned with regulatory priorities and business needs.
- Lead cross functional teams (data scientists, engineers, ML Ops, legal, risk experts) to design and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Drive product execution: translate complex regulatory and risk requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Optimize product operations: monitor performance metrics, iterate based on stakeholder feedback, ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify high impact use cases.
- Champion innovation with advanced techniques (LLM, agentic workflows, generative AI, vision model tuning) while ensuring ethical AI practices.
- Influence and communicate strategic priorities to senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop a high performing team.
