- As a Director on the AI Business Enablement team, you will own a sub segment within a Line of Business or Function, driving opportunity identification, solution concept development, and program framing.
- You will engage VP/SVP level business leaders with credibility and rigour, bringing a blend of consultative problem solving, AI knowledge, and hands on experience delivering technology driven outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business stakeholder engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with VP/SVP level business leaders within your sub segment; understanding their priorities, pain points, and transformation opportunities
- Pipeline development: Identifying, sizing, and developing AI transformation opportunities within your sub segment — contributing to a rigorous pipeline with quantified value hypotheses ready for delivery intake

You're our ideal candidate if you:
- Have 8–12 years of progressive experience in management consulting, technology, AI/ML product development, or a combination thereof
- Have a track record of contributing to the delivery of AI or technology driven solutions that created material business impact — strategy and advisory experience is valued, but must be complemented by hands on involvement in delivery outcomes
- Can engage VP/SVP level business stakeholders with credibility — able to earn trust, challenge thinking, and drive alignment
- Have demonstrated experience in process re engineering or business model redesign, ideally enabled by technology or data
- Have experience partnering with technical or engineering teams to translate business requirements into solution design and ensure delivery stays aligned to intended business outcomes
- Bring a consultative problem solving approach — able to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and drive to action quickly
- Have a working knowledge of AI/ML technologies, LLMs, and data platforms — sufficient to credibly assess feasibility, shape solution concepts, and engage technical teams
