Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of analysts and BI specialists to ensure safety and soundness of production environment
- Build, maintain, and oversee governance model for infrastructure and applications (SQL Server, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, etc.)
- Design and develop automated self serve reporting solutions to monitor employee and business performance
- Lead transformational initiatives to migrate, automate, or decommission manual and legacy reporting processes
- Collaborate with partners to understand business processes and define data and reporting solutions
- Participate in prioritization and reprioritization of work to align with evolving business priorities
- Act as thought leader within the PB&CB data community, advancing technical capabilities
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Expert in ETL and big data modeling with programming experience in Python, SAS, SQL Server, and Teradata SQL Assistant
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work collaboratively in a cross functional environment
- System administration and change management experience in defining governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts to non technical audience

What is the opportunity?

Must have
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.

- Problem solver and logical thinker.

Nice to have
- Understanding of Financial Services Industry, Business Financial Services, and Retail Banking.
- Experience in project delivery and developing performance metrics/reports.
- Programming/coding skills in Snowflake, Hadoop (HIVE), GitHub, Collibra, Tableau Metadata, and Power BI.
- Experience with Tableau Security, Tableau Server Administration, and Unix/Linux system administration.
