- Own the vision and strategy for multiple AI driven Risk & Regulatory Compliance products
- Lead cross functional teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutions from prototyping to production
- Translate complex regulatory and risk requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify high impact use cases
- Champion innovation with advanced techniques like LLM and agentic workflows
- Influence and communicate strategic priorities to senior leadership
- Mentor and develop a high performing team
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, with a track record of launching AI/ML products
- Technical foundation with ability to translate complex technology into business value
- Expertise in establishing KPIs, agile software development, requirement gathering, and balancing business/technical trade offs
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent products and serve diverse user personas
- Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex AI concepts for non technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders across risk, compliance, and business functions
- Degree in a transferable field (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering)
