- Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex AI concepts
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field

What is the opportunity?
- Lead the end to end design, implementation, and operationalization of cutting edge AI/ML solutions for risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Products address real time transaction monitoring, regulatory change management, control testing automation, and predictive risk analytics.
What will you do?
- Own the vision and strategy for multiple AI driven Risk & Regulatory Compliance products.
- Lead cross functional teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Translate complex regulatory and risk requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Optimize product operations: monitor performance metrics, iterate based on feedback.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify high impact use cases.
- Champion innovation with advanced techniques like LLM and agentic workflows.
- Influence and communicate strategic priorities to senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop a high performing team.
Must have
- 5+ years in product management with a track record of launching AI/ML products.

Nice to have
- Working experience in cyber and risk space.
- Past experience as a Product Manager in a regulated environment (ideally banking).
- Hands on experience with AI agentic workflows, data science workflows, ML Ops.
- Familiar with ETL processes with a variety of data types.
