Role Overview
Own the product experience behind how meals are made, tracked, and delivered to subscribers.
The scope covers production planning, logistics, and supply chain systems across six GCC markets, with Saudi Arabia as the largest and most complex market.
Translate kitchen capacity, delivery fleet, sourcing, and other operational constraints into product decisions that affect customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and roadmap across all six GCC markets.
- Improve on-time delivery, production efficiency, and waste reduction with cross-functional partners.
- Build and ship AI-powered tools and agents for operational decision-making.
- Partner with automation engineers to build scalable systems.
- Analyze operational failures and their impact on churn.
- Work directly with kitchen and production teams to understand operational flows.
- Conduct customer and competitive research on customer needs and market trends.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of product management experience, including 2-3 years in operations or marketplace environments.
- Track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder systems.
- Comfort working directly with kitchen and logistics teams.
- Daily professional use of AI tools, ability to prototype in Claude Code, and experience shipping an AI or agentic feature.
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food, delivery, or subscription-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with agentic pipelines.
