About the Role
Tabby is hiring a Senior Product Designer to build Tabby Shop, a marketplace of deals and special offers, a loyalty program, and cashback inside an app with millions of users.
The role has high ownership and involves shaping the product design direction from its earliest stages through production.
The designer will help make Tabby Shop an app destination where people shop smarter and save money.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design the deals marketplace, loyalty, and cashback product area largely from scratch, from concept to production.
- Develop a deep understanding of product logic and the business context behind every feature.
- Work with the Product Manager to unpack requirements, reframe problems, and create solutions that support business metrics and user experience.
- Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate hypotheses and ground decisions in user insights.
- Partner with a UX Writer to craft clear and consistent product communication.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of what ships to production.
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years of product design experience, including some experience with consumer products at scale.
- Strong product thinking and the ability to balance business goals with user needs.
- A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating end-to-end ownership from problem framing to production-ready UI.
- Experience working with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers in cross-functional teams.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, attention to detail, and high craft standards.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to structure a zero-to-one product space.
- Ability to optimize the design workflow with AI tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or fintech products.
- Hands-on experience with UX research methods and data-informed design decisions.
- Experience contributing to or working within a design system.
Relocation and Employment
- Tabby offers remote work from anywhere in the world, with a schedule based on Dubai time.
- Employees may currently choose Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, Spain, or the UAE for registration, and individual relocation plans may be arranged.
