  • We want someone Design full banking journeys from scratch (not UI tweaks or white-label customization).
  • We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with deep experience in banking and financial services to lead end-to-end experience design for digital banking journeys.
  • This role is focused on creating customer journeys from scratch, rather than adapting or customizing white-label solutions.
  • You will be embedded within cross-functional squads, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to design intelligent, human-centered digital experiences, including AI-powered chatbots and conversational platforms.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong UX craft, systems thinking, and experience designing complex financial journeys at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design of digital banking journeys, from discovery through delivery
  • Design new customer experiences from scratch, not limited to white-labeled product customization
  • Collaborate within agile squads (product, engineering, AI/ML, business stakeholders)
  • Design conversational interfaces including chatbot flows, voice/chat interactions, and AI-assisted journeys
  • Translate complex banking products into simple, intuitive user experiences
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools
  • Define and maintain design systems and interaction patterns for scalable banking products
  • Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
  • Contribute to AI-driven UX patterns, including intent mapping, conversational logic, and fallback handling
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with strong focus on web applications
  • Proven experience in banking, fintech, or financial services domains
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end web and conversational UX projects
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools
  • Experience in prototyping and wireframing tools (interactive and high-fidelity prototypes)
  • Solid understanding of conversational design principles, including:
  • Chatbot conversation flows
  • Intent mapping and user journey design
  • Basic NLP concepts and limitations
  • Skills: bank,product design,digital
