Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver polished and scalable design solutions in a rapidly growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for core product initiatives.
- Scope, prioritize, and deliver design work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on problems and solutions.
- Make product design decisions using user research, data, and design best practices.
- Design intuitive, scalable user experiences with strong UX and UI foundations.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system and internal design processes.
Qualifications
- At least six years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI for web and mobile applications.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes and product quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Figma and experienced with design systems.
- Experience in fintech or B2B products is required.
