Sales Manager (Abu Dhabi)

Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales professionals while setting objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Conduct one-to-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions, and implement improvement plans.
• Develop sales strategies with senior leadership and monitor pipeline health, forecasting, and target achievement.
• Guide complex sales cycles, including stakeholder management, negotiation strategies, and deal progression.
• Identify skills gaps and implement training and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product on acquisition, onboarding, and retention outcomes.
• Provide market, competitor, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
• Improve sales processes, champion best practices, and drive CRM adoption.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of B2B sales experience with a strong SaaS track record.
• At least 3 years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, people development, stakeholder management, communication, and commercial skills.
• Experience with accountability frameworks, performance management, analytical work, and forecasting.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or related technology sectors.
• A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is advantageous.
• Understanding of fintech platforms, payments ecosystems, and accounting or expense management solutions is preferred.
