Responsibilities
- Manage full procurement life cycle including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and contract award processes
- Ensure procurement activities align with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, commercial terms, and service levels
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and maintain competitive sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure long term value and reliability
- Monitor procurement timelines and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Analyze procurement data and spending trends to identify cost saving opportunities and efficiencies
- Support departments in developing and executing annual procurement plans aligned with business needs
- Prepare procurement reports, briefs, and performance updates for management
- Ensure proper documentation, audit compliance, and record management throughout the procurement cycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tendering, and contract management
- Experience in supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and vendor management
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is an advantage
