About the Role
Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a highly organized Executive Legal Secretary to support the Legal Department and senior legal leadership. You will manage calendars, prepare legal documents, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Provide high level administrative and executive support to the Senior legal leadership
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and oversee departmental logistics
- Prepare, draft, format, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, contracts, and other legal and corporate documents
- Maintain organized and accurate legal records, files, and document repositories, ensuring compliance with internal governance requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on legal, corporate, and administrative matters
- Monitor and track legal deadlines, contractual obligations, regulatory submissions, and other critical activities
- Support legal operations by assisting with documentation, approvals, workflow coordination, and department administration
- Ensure the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive legal and business information
- Assist with the preparation of management reports, board materials, and other executive level documentation as required
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of legal administration processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in a legal department, corporate legal environment, executive support, or similar administrative role
- Strong understanding of legal documentation, records management, and administrative processes
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Advanced to expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)

Preferred
- Familiarity with contract management systems, document management platforms, and legal operations processes
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience within a corporate legal, regulatory, or government related environment
- Experience coordinating board, committee, or executive level meetings and documentation
