About the Role

- Manage collection of outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status, disputes, and settlement plans
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and escalate high risk accounts
- Support cash flow management through effective collection activities
- Perform reconciliation of customer accounts and ensure accuracy of balances
- Prepare reports on collection performance and aging analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues impacting collections
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within collections
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Strong experience handling customer accounts and resolving disputes
- Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools
- Professional certification is an advantage

Role Purpose
- To support and manage the collections function by ensuring timely recovery of receivables, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to effective cash flow management and process efficiency.
