- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Handle sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination, and negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing stores and inventory to ensure uninterrupted supply, and maintaining procurement records and ensuring compliance.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in catering/industrial catering .
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and related tools.
- Male candidates, locally available in the UAE and Immediate joiners preferred.
